Since coming to the Netherlands, Dody has been regularly invited to sing in concerts, such as the Matthew Passion and the Messiah, and for various opera roles. For example, he sang the role of Malatesta in Don Pasquale and Alcindoro in La Bohème for the De Nationale Reisopera in Resident Artist Program in Britain. With the Dutch National Opera Academy, he sang the role of Smirnov in The Bear and Bartolo in Le Nozze di Figaro. In productions by STUDIO32 for the Grachtenfestival Amsterdam, he performed the role of Guglielmo in Cosi Fan Tutte and Il Conte in Le Nozze di Figaro. And with the Philips Symphony Orchestra he performed as Crown in Porgy and Bess.

Dody also sings as a soloist and choir member in several professional choirs, such as Ribattuta Musica and SWARA vocal ensemble.

As a conductor, Dody has given concerts with several Dutch choirs and ensembles. He conducted the educational projects of the Groot Omroepkoor in 2013, which included Russian choral works on the program. In Indonesia, from 2004 to 2009, he conducted several well-known choirs that won international choral competitions in Asia and Europe. Dody has been conducting Leids Kamerkoor since 2019.

We mostly sing a cappella, but on special occasions we sometimes choose instrumental accompaniment.

We like to be seen and heard during Leiden events, such as the Hofjesconcerten and the Open Monument Days.
